I did take some pictures of my painted Hinchiffe Saxon's. They are yet to have their bases completed as I simply don't have the time. I've tried black lining for a change to see how they look - not bad I think given the state of the figures when I picked them up 2nd hand.

Wow, that's a whack of old school goodness. The older I get I find I like Hinchcliffe and Minifigs more and more, and those look great. Black lining - I don't do it myself, because I don't think it looks great when I see it up close, but it does look good on the table, as your chaps will I'm sure.

Thanks for the comments. I used blacklining due to the white uniforms to try and break up the colours a little. Up close they look weird but from a distance the black does work well I think .
