A long time since posting.

Last week I returned from my trip to the USA and Europe, very tired but happy I got the chance to be over there. 3.5 weeks away and I came back 3.5 KG heavier, a typical work trip but with some added extras and it was almost all entirely free.

 Ensign Ewart - Services a bad pint of guiness but some good local ales plus also the pub of the Royal Scots Greys (apparently)

 The All Blacks giving the Aussies a good run for the money to become the World Champions again.
